Prospectus is thrilled to collaborate with our esteemed client, a leading global university, in their pursuit of a temporary Residence Hall Assistant. This role is dedicated to nurturing an environment conducive to the academic and personal development of residents. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) looking to run until August 1st, situated onsite at least 4 days a week in Central London. The post holder will share rotational on-call duties during working hours, promptly addressing urgent issues with the support of senior team members. Core tasks include managing check-ins, room preparations, assisting students with roommate issues and room changes, addressing student complaints, updating access systems, managing room keys and guest passes, overseeing stock levels, and handling inquiries both in-person and via email.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess exceptional organisational and administrative skills, along with a track record of delivering top-notch customer service. A comprehensive understanding of London, coupled with adept problem-solving abilities and experience in managing challenging customer conversations, is essential. The Role
This role will support the Financial Controller to deliver a high-quality payments and cash management service. The role of the Cash and Payments Manager is to oversee the Operational Finance team (3 people) and be responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on all cash transactions. You will manage cash management systems and processes, recommending and implementing any improvements to current processes and controls.
You will review and approve bi-weekly supplier/expenses payment runs ensuring that there is sufficient cash available and review, sample check and provide second stage approval for payment run files on the banking systems to ensure accurate payments.

The Charity uses Salesforce as its main CRM solution. It is used to manage the data of fundraisers, volunteers, events and donations. The Charity is in the process of implementing Boomi as it's middleware solution and are looking for a Data Integration Officer to play a key role in making the project a success.
Working within a small team, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys and excels in designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements along with supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.

About the Role:

- Job Title: Fundraising and Income Generation Manager
- Salary: £30,646.73 - £32,511.03 (pro rata for 30 hours/week)

What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and implementation of Chilypep's fundraising strategy
- Build and nurture strong relationships with trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and donors
- Develop and manage a pipeline of grant applications, tenders, and reporting
- Increase income generation through events, fundraising activities, donations, and legacies
- Improve fundraising systems and processes, including digital and web-based tools
- Support and manage fundraising volunteers and staff
