You will have significant probate experience gained preferably in a charitable environment, be an expert in dealing with contentious matters and will ideally be a member of the Institute of Legacy Management.

The Business Support & Development Officer will be responsible for TRCs business administration, finance & development; supporting the day-to-day operational functions and overall strategic objectives of TRC.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong track record in contract performance and people management to oversee our project activity at Action Foundation and join our Senior Management Team. We need an individual who is analytical, innovative, and able to undertake a collaborative and strategic approach to developing the charity’s services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate their experience in project management and leadership, developing networks and partnerships and have a strong awareness of the issues facing asylum seekers and refugees.

Essential information
Hours: 35 hours per week (full time)
Salary: £42,478 – £47,903 per annum plus 6% pension contribution
Annual leave: 28 days + English Bank Holidays
Contract: Permanent, subject to passing a 3-month probation

The Central Service Coordinator will ensure Gaddum delivers its organisational objectives by coordinating efficient and effective Human Resources, People and Central workstreams.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance and working as part of a small but high performing team: They will be a key reference point for the organisation’s leaders to ensure those they manage have the best possible opportunities to thrive during the course of their employment at Gaddum.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing central systems and processes relating to organisation-wide People Services as required by the Senior Leadership Team and Trustee Board.
This role is subject to a Standard DBS Check.
