We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical & Office Administrator in Manchester

About the role

To provide administrative support to the North West Clinical Service through assisting the assessment and treatment process from the referral point up to the completion of treatment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective administrative systems as required to support the successful running of the service and responsible for processing and responding to referrals to the service and liaising with external agencies and survivors referred to the service.

The role provides a unique opportunity to contribute towards the successful delivery of rehabilitation services to survivors of torture. The role involves client contact through answering the phone and also welcoming clients into the centre at reception.

About you

You will have experience in maintaining high quality administrative systems to ensure the smooth running of services. You will be committed to the rights of asylum seekers, refugees and survivors of torture, and be passionate about working for an organisation that has human rights at the forefront. You will have excellent communication skills with a wide range of people, including service users and professionals from external agencies.
