About the role:
The role of Homicide Caseworker is varied, demanding and rewarding; no two days are the same and you will thrive on this challenge. You will work closely with the Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators and Family Liaison Officers, you will provide a pivotal role to support clients through the Criminal Justice System.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of a Remind Intensive Engagement Support Worker to work with our Remind Dementia services supporting people living with Dementia and their carers. We are looking for a Support Worker to work as part of a service that provides late-night and early-morning outreach for women who are sex working and supports women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Position: Centre Support and Outreach Worker
Salary: £26,800 - 30,800
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week (Working pattern includes 1 outreach shift per week, which

About the role
The Post Holder will work within Spires’ Women’s Service. This service is comprised of:
A dedicated nighttime outreach service to support women who are involved in street-based sex working. This includes follow up work, casework, and multi-agency working.
Centre-based support for women with complex needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This also includes casework and supporting Spires’ Housing and Homelessness team.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting a caseload of clients
· Completing one nighttime outreach shift a week (this is carried out in the Spires car)
· Supporting in the running of Spires’ women’s drop in services
· Supporting Spires’ Housing and Homelessness service where required
· Representing Spires to external stakeholders at multi-agency meetings
· Ensuring detailed and accurate records are kept of all client work.
About you
You will have previous experience of working with people exhibiting complex needs and people experiencing homelessness. Ideally you will have experiencing supporting women with some of the following support needs: substance addiction, mental health needs, domestic violence, no recourse to public funds and sex working.
You will also bring with you the following skills and experience:
· Experience of challenging appropriately and maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries.
· Networking and effectively liaising with specialist service providers or agencies in order to establish and/or improve access to services for clients.
· Sound understanding of the issues faced by women and other individuals involved in sex work.
· Understanding of the legislation around supporting the victims of Domestic Violence.
· Understanding of the effects of trauma on people and how to work in a trauma informed way.
· Good understanding of safeguarding practices in outreach work, social care and/or day centre environment.
· Good understanding of confidentiality and working with sensitive information.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, empathetic, and dynamic Community Mental Health Recovery Support Worker to join our one-to-one mental health support service. You’ll be primarily responsible for supporting people to identify and meet their self-defined mental health needs and aspirations, to understand the range of options available to them, to support them emotionally, and to connect them with appropriate community resources and services.
The post involves working directly with service users, volunteers, and in partnership with colleagues across different sectors in Camden. You’ll be working collaboratively alongside partners and statutory providers to adapt the service offers to meet changing local needs. You will be contributing to the transformation of community mental health services across Camden.
The role requires someone who: is passionate about people being at the heart of their individual mental health recovery; is an excellent communicator – both orally and written; and enjoys working within a diverse and growing team. You will demonstrate a relationship-first approach, a strong work ethic, and have an embodied person-centred approach to mental health recovery work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join TACT East Midlands in a new role as a Family Support & Community Engagement Worker and be part of an exciting project which aims to promote community engagement for TACT as a fostering agency, through developing links with local healthcare providers, religious leaders, education establishments and leisure groups in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area, to develop better awareness and visibility of TACT as a fostering agency and promote our foster carer recruitment in the area.
In addition, the Family Support & Community Engagement Worker will work alongside other professionals, in developing links and relationships with the foster families in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area to identify and respond to their support needs, and will be leading on the establishment of a TACT Carer Support Hub which will support carers who look after children with complex needs with stay over breaks.

Overall Duties of the Family Support & Community Engagement Worker will include:
- To support the foster carer recruitment in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area to develop a ‘TACT Carer Support Hub’ that will bring foster carers together to support each other and provide more family support and breaks from caring.
- To engage foster carers to raise TACT’s profile in the community and recruit more carers in the locality.
- To support carers in the Hub who look after children with complex needs so that children can benefit from stable family life.
- To offer practical and emotional support to TACT foster families, including trauma-informed and solution-focused interventions and strategies which will involve supporting foster families to strengthen and develop their skills and knowledge relevant to supporting children with complex needs.

TLC: Talk Listen, Change are looking for a Children and Young People’s Rapid Response worker to deliver a crisis service for children and young people aged 5-18 living in the Wigan area who have been arrested following the use of harmful and physically violent behaviours towards their parents / carers. The service is trauma informed, supporting young people to change their behaviour through work with both them and their families. The service will provide a rapid response for young people at crisis point working intensively with individuals and families for a short period of time, and work closely with youth justice teams and other services in the area.

ELMS consists of 4 supported houses, a small floating support service and a day programme for adults experiencing severe, enduring mental health problems. The service is commissioned to provide longer term placements, with varying lengths of stay. This role involves travelling between the houses and working some weekends.
About the role:
Project workers will work with clients at their own pace to develop their independent living skills as much as possible, manage their prescribed treatment, develop their living skills, develop & manage relationships and build social networks. Where possible you will assist them to access education, training or employment, by completing comprehensive needs and risk assessments with clients and identifying short-term objectives.
As a Project Worker you will take part in all aspects of the day to day running of the schemes, working as part of a shift from Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work with clients effectively; providing support via structured key working. You will also carry out assessments including risk assessments and goal setting via SHP support planning. All Support plans will aim to promote SHP’s values and practices.
You will be responsible for implementing holistic support strategies to address the emotional, practical and housing management needs of residents of the project. This includes assisting residents with maintaining their mental health, practical daily tasks and maintaining a safe, clean, living environment.
The role will form a pivotal position within the schemes as Project workers are the point of contact for daily events. This might include structured group work, you will also support the project leads with activities and support case-holders to carry out allocated tasks.

- A working knowledge of severe and enduring mental ill-health, and the interventions and effective approaches to supporting individuals experiencing such conditions.
