Weston Hospicecare is looking for a motivated Community Fundraiser to join our friendly team and help deliver our expanding Community Fundraising programme.
As Community Fundraiser, you will encourage and support fundraising activity in the local community which is carried out by volunteers, individuals, organisations, and associations.
Your fantastic organisation skills will be used to deliver fun and engaging fundraising events and alongside, you will build relationships and encourage people to fundraise and take part in events for Weston Hospicecare, to both raise awareness of the incredible work of the Hospice and raise vital funds.
Previous fundraising experience is not essential. You will be fully supported to develop your skills within an experienced Community Fundraising team and will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our programmes.
Your enthusiasm, initiative, and energy will make you an engaging member of the team, seeking out opportunities and building important relationships within our local community. You will use your excellent communication skills to inspire people from all walks of life as you forge new relationships and develop existing ones.
Weston Hospicecare provides care to patients and families across North Somerset including Weston-super-Mare, Burnham on Sea, Clevedon and surrounding areas. You will be confident to travel across all three areas with an initial focus on activity in Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare and be happy to work in different locations as required.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Community Fundraising Executive to join our London based team.
About the role
You will support fundraisers across the schools audience, providing them with a remarkable experience and keep them coming back to the charity.
The role will focus on both retention of high-value supporters and acquisition of new supporters, with a particular focus on the Movember campaign in November.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Clerkenwell office. This role is being offered on a full time fixed term basis (12 months).
You’ll have the opportunity to
· Collaborate with Senior Community Fundraising Manager on school project plan, meeting targets.
· Provide regular data and reports on progress to Senior Manager.
· Identify opportunities for new school supporters, aligning with targets.
· Develop segmented reactivation plan for past supporters.
· Record supporter data and interactions on Salesforce.
· Manage day-to-day school supporter relations, ensuring consistency.
· Act as main point of contact for schools, with timely responses.
· Co-create reward plan with Senior Manager to enhance supporter value.
· Assist in developing engaging fundraising tools for schools.
· Represent Movember at events, increasing public awareness.
For this role, you’ll need
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fundraising role.
· Proven experience of relationship management and stewardship.
· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external.
· Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a registered Charity offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. Every year we treat over 3,000 police officers. This role will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and deepen the engagement of individual and institutional donors. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement donor engagement strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and upgrade individual and institutional donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with existing donors through personalised communications, meetings, events, and recognition opportunities to ensure donor satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support, identify and research prospective donors, including major gift prospects, corporate partners, and grant-making organisations, and develop cultivation and solicitation plans to secure their support.

- Represent the charity at donor meetings, events, and networking opportunities to build relationships with current and prospective donors and promote our mission and programs.
- Deputise the communications strategy with administering communications on our media platforms.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, fundraising, communications, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, donor relations, or related field, with a proven track record of success in donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation.
- Social media platforms experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the charity's mission, impact, and funding needs to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant fundraising tools and technologies.

Through your studies/coaching and mentorship you will learn to engage in meaningful conversations to highlight the benefits of becoming an RSPB member and showcase how their contributions make a significant impact on our conservation efforts. The role will involve working 3 out of 4 weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Each day you will travel to different venues in your RSPB van, set up an attractive fundraising stand, and spend the day actively engaging with members of the public, spreading awareness about our conservation efforts and generating new RSPB memberships via direct debits.
- You will attend regular meetings with your Area Manager and regional Teams and either virtually or on occasions in person. You will undertake your course virtually.
- You will have 6 hours per week dedicated to study, which would be in addition to your development day where you will undertake training and development to further support you in your role.

At The Compassionate Friends (TCF) we are passionate about providing peer support to grieving parents and their families whose son or daughter has died at any age (from one month old to an adult) and from any cause. We offer this support through our network of over 300 dedicated volunteers who are themselves bereaved parents or siblings. We are now seeking an Events & Community Fundraiser to join our small, but dedicated and hardworking, staff team to help us to develop our funding to continue our vital work. About the role.
The Head of Development role is instrumental to ArtsEd and its charitable aim to broaden access to world-class performing arts education. In this role, you will seek to build relationships with a diverse array of funders who share this vision.
You’ll be joining at an opportune time. ArtsEd is approaching the end of a five-year strategy, so it’s a fantastic opportunity to play a huge role in crafting a significant fundraising strategy and deciding on income targets.

Who we are looking for.
We are seeking a seasoned fundraiser with a breadth of experience across income streams and an emphasis on relationship building.
You will have fresh and ambitious ideas for growth with the quality and desire to be an integral part of the organisation. You’ll live the brand’s values and be a positive and influential figure, championing and promoting what makes ArtsEd successful.
Suitable candidates will have charisma, a passion for the arts and a real understanding of fundraising in the arts sector, its challenges and opportunities.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and experienced fundraiser, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, within the charity sector. They will be a natural relationship builder both internally and externally, someone who people want to engage with and support. Being proactive is also an essential skill, always on the look out for new fundraising opportunities and the drive to take them forward.

Fundraising Development Manager
Fixed-Term, (Maternity Cover) Part-Time, Term-Time only
15 hours per week (flexible)
Pay Scale : H8, point 23 to H9, point 28 (dependent on experience)
Required : April / May 2024
We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to oversee the Fundraising Development Manager position for a fixed-term, covering maternity leave. The successful applicant will have some professional experience of fundraising and/or education development, together with experience of developing good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
