Public fundraising is an important foundation of Born Free's fundraised income and this position offers an exciting opportunity to diversify and grow this giving programme. As Head of Public Fundraising you will support the Director of Fundraising and work with the wider fundraising and communications team collaboratively to ensure public fundraising is integrated into plans for wider income growth and Born Free's communications.
As Head of Public Fundraising you will;
* Support the Director of Fundraising to deliver a contemporary and ambitious multi-faceted public fundraising strategy
* Develop and grow income and engagement from individuals, both new and existing, through individual giving, data/insights, supporter care, legacy, DIY fundraising and challenge events.
* Provide end-to-end management, from concept to delivery, of Born Free's appeals and fundraising campaigns

The Role
FareShare has a dynamic fundraising department that has seen incredible growth in support in an incredibly short space of time. We are now looking for a proven Supporter Retention Manager to join us as we embark on our next phase of deepening engagement with current and new supporters.
This newly created role is an integral part of the Fundraising team’s growth plans to become a £40 million income generating team.
Working closely with the Supporter Acquisition Manager, Supporter Experience Manager (Fundraising Operations) and the wider Fundraising team, the post-holder will lead on stewardship campaigns encompassing Warm Appeals, Regular Giving asks, Supporter newsletters and cross-sell campaigns across FareShare’s audiences. Line management of an Individual Giving Officer (or Assistant) may form part of the roles and responsibilities further down the line.

Main areas of responsibility
1.Plan and deliver the Warm Appeals programme in line with agreed budget targets and annual workplans
- Campaign manage the Cash Appeals programme at all stages, from initial planning through to supplier management and post-campaign analysis

Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Support Manager will support the Fundraising Manager in the fundraising efforts of Crustacean Compassion. This will be role building on two specific areas of work already undertaken, specifically reviewing, and supporting major donors’ proposals, and developing the supporter journey and engagement process.

General Duties

- At least five years of experience working in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing five to six figure gifts ideally in the Animal Welfare field.

About the role

The Major Gifts Manager, International Fundraising will support PETA’s global programmes by securing vital funding from new and existing supporters. This role will advance the fundraising potential of PETA France and PETA Netherlands and work closely with existing teams within the UK and Germany.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
