This is no ordinary fundraising role.
You'll be part of a reawakening, helping to shape a new vibrant cultural strategy. As a senior member of a small but mighty team, you'll lead fundraising efforts across corporate partnerships, patrons, individual giving, trusts and public campaigns - building a community and ecosystem of support.
We don't expect you to come with it all.
But, we need a solid foundation in fundraising and an entrepreneurial attitude that will enable you to think outside the box. This role provides significant opportunity for growth and development, with the right support in place to get you there.
About the role
We're looking for someone who can be both strategic and hands-on. Working closely with the CEO and wider creative team, you'll shape and deliver a fundraising strategy that feels ambitious but achievable.
You'll tell the story of why Oldham Coliseum matters, create a compelling case for support and build meaningful fundraising relationships that go the distance. Your fundraising will have direct impact, creating the conditions for Oldham Coliseum's artistic, community and operational work to thrive.
About you
We're looking for an experienced fundraiser who is:
- A proven income generator with a track record of meeting fundraising targets.
- A compelling communicator and natural relationship-builder.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, able to spot new opportunities.
- Collaborative, able to work effectively across a multi-disciplined team.
You'll need to be comfortable working across income streams - creating memorable donor experiences, communication and touchpoints. Experience in the arts or cultural sector is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to inspire support for work that sits at the intersection of creativity, community and social impact.

Fundraising Data Specialist
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum

The Fundraising Data Specialist is an exciting role managing the Trust’s supporter database and ancillary systems. Whilst undertaking data analysis the role helps provide insights to inform trust wide decision-making, particularly for fundraising, engagement and supporter development.
The Key Responsibilities and Tasks for the Fundraising Data Specialist are:
Responsibility 1: Database Management
- Act as Database superuser (Raiser’s Edge), demonstrating an expert level of knowledge and providing technical support, training and advice to all areas of the organisation.
- Ensure a high standard of data input and adherence to processes and procedures, including compliance with GDPR legislation, Direct Debit rules and HMRC guidance.
- Oversee the effectiveness of the CRM
- Identify and suggest Database improvements that will support the organisation in maximising its potential.
- Support the addition of new data onto the CRM from other departments – share principles on best practice to ensure all data remains clean.
- Manage the ongoing roll out of CRM automated journeys, including e-communications and cost saving initiatives.
- Work with consultants and external organisations to continue active development of the CRM including the project management of current and future systems integrations, and the cost analysis against business needs.
Responsibility 2: Analysis and Reporting
- Extract and manipulate data to undertake insightful analysis to segment and identify key trends and behaviours to enable ongoing organisational development, including membership, appeals and engagement. Prepare clear written reports as needed.
- Create dashboards and reports to help team better understand and make decisions relating to their work. E.g. Using Power BI to process data and create dashboards.
Responsibility 3: Financial Processing
- Co-ordinate the processing of accurate monthly Gift Aid and Direct Debit claims according to an agreed timetable. Ensure all Direct Debit and HMRC rules are complied with.
- Liaise with Finance to assist with the reconciliation of financial data and troubleshoot any issues arising.
- Support the Fundraising team with Gift Aid best practice, including managing the integrity of current Gift Aid records and auditing past records

We work for better oral health for all through a number of interconnected programmes including advocating at global conferences and meetings, local groundwork throughout 28 volunteer Chapters, designing and recommending better oral health policies for national governments through our Policy Labs and more.
We are looking for a freelance Director of Operations and Finance to work for an average of 4 days a week for a total of 180 days a year. They will be part of the senior leadership team alongside the Chief Strategy and Advocacy Officer and the Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
● Deliver our Operations and Finance KPIs as outlined in the Charity’s strategy; as well as being jointly responsible for the successful implementation of the full strategy.
● Lead and shape the Operations department, making sure it’s fit for purpose and maximising resources.

About you
Essential Criteria
● Must have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant systems, processes, policies, and procedures involved in the effective management of not-for-profit organisations.
● Demonstrable experience of financial management including, but not limited to, budget creation and reprofiling, forecasting, financial strategy, payments and invoicing, reconciling cashbook and bank accounts, VAT submission, and working with accountants on annual accounts.

Living Paintings is the national charity on a mission to ensure every blind child in the UK has equal access to the visual world of pictures, books and learning. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
In this role you will lead on maintaining, developing, and delivering all aspects of our charity’s communications strategy and its associated activities, working closely with the Communications Assistant as well as the CEO, Fundraising Lead, Library Manager and Publishing Manager. Primarily an outward facing role, the postholder will ensure that the charity has the broadest possible positive exposure to stakeholders – both current and future – and continue to build Living Paintings into a credible, recognisable and positive brand.

Salary: £45,000 - £48,500 FTE
Place of work: Hybrid between home and office in Kingsclere, Newbury (at least 2 days per week in the office preferred).

Line Management: Communications Assistant
Working week: Office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch. Flexible working available and we are positively reactive to employees life needs. Some weekend and evening work may be required from time to time for which time off in lieu will be given.

The Legacy Stewardship Manager will plan and deliver an ambitious new legacy stewardship strategy to bring about growth in future legacy income. The Fundraising and Communications Executive will play a key role in implementing OTR’s fundraising and communications strategies. The role involves planning, creating, curating and managing high-quality digital content across our website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
