Job description

We are seeking an HR digital product owner to lead the development and enhancement of our digital HR products (using CIPHR), ensuring they effectively support our HR team and the staff across Girlguiding. In this role, you will drive digital innovation, work to get the most out of our HR systems, and ensure they are user-friendly and accessible.

Working closely with HR colleagues, you will develop and implement digital solutions that streamline processes and align with our broader strategy. With multiple HR digital products at different stages of maturity, you will oversee their ongoing evolution, ensuring they continue to meet our needs.

Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year. Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with out hybrid working model. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
