Senior complaints and compliance lead
The Complaints and compliance team are looking for an enthusiastic Senior complaints and compliance lead who has experience of managing complex complaints and an understanding of safer recruitment in the charity youth sector. This role involves working with a range of stakeholders and the ability to be able to analyse and solve problems is an essential skill. You will need to have an understanding of legislation and best practice for safe recruitment, experience of developing or improving policy and procedure and the ability to present and train others.

You will report to the Complaints and Compliance manager and will manage other members of the team so the ability to build relationships and motivate others is important.
