Finance Business Partner

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role where you can drive real impact? We’re partnering with a national Charity seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and adding value across a range of departments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights that influence performance and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis

• Support cost control and value-for-money initiatives

• Deliver financial modelling to support strategic projects and investment decisions

• Assist in year-end processes and liaise with external auditors as needed

About You:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong management accounting and business partnering experience

• Confident communicator, able to build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

• Commercially astute with excellent analytical and Excel skills

• Experience in public sector / charity
