Our client, a leading London University are currently looking to recruit a temporary Exams Support Assistant on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). The post will be looking to start as soon as possible and will run until the 24th of May.
This post will take on a variety of tasks associated with script delivery, including printing, and packing of scripts/materials and tracking them on the delivery logs. There may also be light invigilation/admin duties to undertake if working from ExCel.

They are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and a suitable environment for the delivery of services on a full-time basis (35 hours a week) in their SW3 office, initially for 6 months with a possibility of becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the workplace, including managing all office facilities, liaising contractors to ensure that the premises comply with legal obligations, sourcing and maintaining equipment, liaising with the IT provider to resolve IT issues, and updating the office manual. You will also contribute to the development of policies, update contracts and agreements, and support improvements to their service. You will organise a variety of meetings, including assisting with the preparation of agendas, circulation of meeting papers and record minutes as required. You will also provide recruitment administrative support and maintain accurate records on the Bright HR software.
This role requires operations and office management experience. The successful candidate will be a personable and reliable team player with experience of proposing and implementing changes to processes, knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. They will also show demonstrable innovative ability to suggest recommendations for improvements to processes or activities and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite Programmes.

Eden Brown charities is delighted to be working in partnership with an incredible UK leading health Charity to recruit them their next Challenge Events Executive.
About The Role
As Challenge Events Executive you will coordinate a portfolio of third-party challenge events that drive participation and income including The Great North Run, London Landmarks run and some international Marathons. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all challenge events within your portfolio - delivering marketing plans that drive participant numbers, and stewardship journeys that provide excellent supporter experiences and maximise income. You will also be instrumental in bringing new innovative ideas to the team as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the portfolio.
About You
To be successful in this role you must
* Have had experience working in a Challenge Events role and specifically working with Mass participation numbers on large scale Challenge Events
* Have had experience of working on a relationship database
* Have strong project Management skills
* A good understanding of stewardship and demonstrable experience of managing stewardship journeys
* Experience of working with external agencies
