We focus our efforts in areas of high socio-economic deprivation, where more than a third of children are entitled to free school meals, and diet-related disease is driving further inequality.

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to manage operational delivery of our School Chef Educator programme, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. The School Chef Educator programme is a 10 week training programme for school kitchen staff, covering topics such as Reducing Food Waste, and Food Education. It is delivered in a blended learning format, through a mix of in-person training, bitesize webinars, and our online learning website.
You will be supported by our Director of Transformations, and manage our Chef Trainers who deliver our School Chef Educator Programme. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact, our School Engagement Manager and our Research Supervisor, to identify and liaise with suitable funding partners, academies and schools, and ensure we are monitoring and evaluating our programme delivery to evidence it’s impact and ensure quality delivery across the cohorts that take part.
Your role will oversee our School Chef Educator Programmes, delivered across England. This role will be primarily focused in London, but will include supporting schools in locations across the UK as we develop new hubs. An average week in this role might see you attending meetings with new partners to secure support for new programmes, sourcing venues for training days, scheduling programme delivery dates, identifying and contacting schools in our programme delivery areas to sign up their kitchen teams to our programme, developing new content on our learning management system, attending webinars our Chef Trainers are delivering, and supporting Chef Trainers with our in-person kick off sessions, and graduation celebrations.

Key responsibilities:
● To work with the Director of Transformations to ensure that all programme delivery is delivered in line with our vision, values and ethos.
● To support and manage our Chef Trainers to ensure a high quality and consistent standard of programme delivery.
● Coordinate and oversee all programme activities, including booking venues, scheduling, logistics, and managing Chef Trainer workload.
● Work closely with the Director of Transformations, Director of Impact and Partnerships and the School Engagement Manager to assess, cost and propose suitable programmes of support for schools, multi-academy trusts and caterers interested in our School Chef Educator Programme.
● Working with the School Engagement Manager, attend and contribute to meetings with Senior Leadership of prospective participating schools and academies.
● Liaise and manage relationships with Senior Leadership and Programme Sponsors, being the key contact for operational delivery of programmes.
● To work alongside the Director of Transformations and Director of Partnerships & Impact to ensure that service level agreements are agreed with partners and that our delivery matches the agreements.
● To monitor costs of the programme delivery, reporting progress of programmes to the Director of Transformations, identifying any risks or delays to programme delivery.
● At all times to ensure that our training programmes are being delivered in a legally compliant, cost-effective way.
● Working with the School Engagement Manager, to identify suitable schools for our funded training programmes, ensuring a high uptake of available places on our funded training programmes.
● Ensuring learning and evaluation is embedded in our programme delivery, working with the Chef Trainers to document best practice learnt from each programme.
● To work alongside the Director of Partnerships & Impact and our Research Supervisor to ensure that we’re collecting accurate and relevant data to measure our impact, evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the programmes, conducting regular assessments and measurements.
● Work with the Research Supervisor to support preparing reports on the impact of the School Chef Educator programmes, including statistical data, trends, and success stories.
● Maintain accurate data records and ensure our contacts database is up to date with relevant participant, partner and engagement information.
● Collaborate with the Chef Trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of participants on our programmes.
● Overseeing project planning and execution for the continued expansion of the roll-out of the School Chef Educator training programme - this will involve being organised and keeping the project on track, working with internal and external parties.
● Assist in the delivery of programmes where necessary, providing support and guidance to the Chef Trainers as needed.
● Working with the Chief Innovation Officer, the Chef Trainers across all our programmes and the wider Chefs in Schools network to identify current and future skills requirements for the school kitchen workforce.
● Developing and/or commission relevant training materials to keep our programme up to date and develop new programmes that complement our organisational strategy.
● Plan, and manage the continued iterative development of our School Chef Training programme. Lead on programme design, monitoring performance and adjusting our approach as necessary for future cohorts.
● Line manage the Chef Trainers, lead on hiring, training and managing any future staff required as our programme offering grows.
● Maintain and manage our Learning Management System, and Learning App, ensuring good version control, user management, and digital legal compliance.

We are looking for an exceptional Centre Manager to help us ensure that everyone who works in and visits our Centre is well looked after and has a fantastic experience.
The role is based at our beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Southwark. We will consider either a full-time application for a period of maternity cover, or a part-time job share of the role, with the potential to extend beyond the initial period of maternity cover. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for Tour Managers, Agents and Artists, fielding initial production queries and questions about the venue, schedule etc.

Support the Director, Music Programmer and Technical team in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and clear communication channels with artists, partners, promoters, producers and other ICA departments.

Be responsible for coordinating and communicating all pre-production and delivery requirements with in-house departments including Finance, Operations and Visitor Services, Technical, Marketing and Communications. Including, but not limited to, FOH staffing requirements, Technician requirements, Security and Cleaners.

Work with the Technical Manager on technical and staging requirements of each event to ensure that rider specifics can be achieved within agreed budgetary parameters. Meet regularly with Technical Manager to ensure good channels of comms with tech team.

Undertake planning and administration for own promotions, including booking hotels and travel in liaison with the artists and providing necessary transport as per contractual agreement.

Complete Certificates of Sponsorship or Letters of Invitation for all non-EEA artists (as required) and supply info to artists who wish to apply for FEU tax exemptions/reductions as necessary.

Order riders and booking event catering within agreed budgets, as required.

In the instance the event is live streamed, ensure that we secure the relevant rights for broadcast.

Liaise with programmers, promoters and internal departments to make the necessary arrangements for performance by high profile artists.

Coordinate and communicate event timings with the ICA Bar team, including requests for late closes and early opening.
Contracts and Budgets

Issue approved and signed off contracts from the Music Programmer based on deal memos agreed and provided by the Music Programmer and ensure that these are confirmed, communicated, and understood by relevant parties before events are put on sale.

Work closely with the Music Programmer to track budgets (which will be initially set by the Music Programmer) and report final figures after each event.

Annual reporting of ticket income to PRS

Reconcile budgets, manage post-concert settlements and ensure invoices are paid following all live events, feeding final budget figures back to the Music Programmer.
Ticket On-Sale Process

Monitor box office sales during pre-production and provide final settlements to the Music Programmer and external promoters as required.

Provide information and communicate arrangements for the sale of merchandise, programmes and any other ancillary commercial activity in conjunction with the Bookshop Manager.
Event Delivery

Attend and manage on-the-day event delivery for approximately 2 shows a week (a rough estimate, although may increase or decrease at different times of the year).

Work with the Executive Producer to produce monthly rotas for Event Supervisors to cover attendance of live events.

When allocated and agreed with the Music Programmer, to attend and oversee rehearsals, soundchecks and performances in the ICA Theatre, acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the ICA.

Any other appropriate duties as required by the Director and Head of Artistic Programmes. This may include occasional event management of dance and live performance projects.

The Membership officer will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful membership journey for FSC members. The postholder will take part in the design and delivery of the teaching components on the new psychodynamic psychotherapy training programme curriculum. You will join the existing team of course tutors, supervisors and experiential group leaders to grow and embed the psychodynamic training as part of the bpfs flagship qualifying training provision. The postholder will work with and be supported by a core teaching staff group. You will also work with and be supported by BPF colleagues, so that our trainees receive holistic pastoral care from their membership body.
The postholder will be required to undertake several tasks to support the programme including: i. design and shaping of a co-constructed curriculum; delivery of one module in each term (Terms 1, 2 and 3) related to psychoanalytic and Jungian theory; ii. delivery of one module in each term related to trainees’ clinical work; iii. the potential to facilitate an experiential group. This is flexible however and not confirmed at present; iv. support with marking and assessment of coursework; iii. support with student pastoral care.
The postholder will work from Mapesbury Road and will be given administrative support by the bpf. You will need to attend twice termly team meetings and annual meetings with supervisors and personal tutors. You will also have one supervision meeting each term with the Director of Psychodynamic Training.
This is a new post, will develop over time and can be arranged around clinical work.

What will your role look like?
You will provide strategic leadership and direction to enable the CAYSH group to achieve its mission – to provide a safe home and better futures for young single homeless people and vulnerable adults.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting role for an experienced campaigner (5-7+ years) to lead the design, development and delivery of a new campaign exposing the food security, environmental, climate, health and human right abuses and global injustice issues linked to the production and use of synthetic fertilisers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working closely with the Director of Campaigns, the Executive Director and other senior colleagues, lead the design and development of Feedback’s new campaign on industrial, fossil-fuel based agriculture reliant on synthetic fertilisers, formulating robust and striking policy positions and campaign asks that will result in socially equitable outcomes. During your first three months at Feedback you will:
a. Create an internal knowledge base on key aspects of fertiliser production and use based on a comprehensive review of the relevant technical and scientific literature;
b. Conduct supply chain mapping and scoping on corporate structures, ownership and market dynamics;
c. Build a network of allies supportive of our core objectives;
d. Build understanding of the interface between the livestock and fertiliser agendas.
2. Project manage implementation of Feedback’s fossil agriculture/ synthetic fertiliser campaign, which we currently plan to launch at COP29 in Azerbaijan;
3. Undertake research and analysis and produce high quality written campaign materials including reports, briefings, factsheets and open letters;
4. Produce written content for Feedback’s social media channels (e.g. blogs, posts);
5. Monitor key market and political/regulatory developments;
6. Build strategic relationships with journalists and represent Feedback in the media;
7. Engage at senior level with corporate executives and institutional representatives;
8. Represent Feedback at external meetings and conferences to engage and influence decision makers;
9. Participate in civil society coalitions and build a strong and effective network of like-minded organisations supportive of our work;

Following their sons’ diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), Emily Reuben and Alex Johnson founded Duchenne UK in 2012. We are an ambitious, dynamic and impactful charity.
DMD is a devastating progressive condition diagnosed in early childhood which causes all the muscles in the body to gradually weaken. There are currently only very limited treatment options for DMD, so Emily and Alex set up Duchenne UK to change this.
Since 2012, we have raised more than £27 million to end the devastating impact of DMD. We fund ground-breaking scientific research to find effective treatments. We’ve developed the infrastructure of DMD clinical trial delivery in the UK. We engage industry and regulators to accelerate access to treatments. And we’re here to support every family affected and ensure that they receive the best possible care. We aim not only to improve quality of live but stop the disease in its tracks. We’re doing it faster too, because this generation of patients can’t wait.

Job Description
This role plays a key part in advancing the fundraising of Duchenne UK to enable more investment into research, advancing treatments and supporting the DMD community. A core part of this will be building relationships with key supporters, including our incredible Family and Friends Funds, corporate supporters and community of fundraisers.
You will be central to the development and delivery of key events and campaigns throughout the year to achieve ambitious fundraising targets. You will have budget management responsibilities and provide insight into activities to drive improvements and further success in future years.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team, who power fundraising across multiple channels. They do this by engaging and building a community of supporters and running campaigns that inspire people to support our work.

This role will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholder and will be a leader in driving the P3 culture and values across our organisation.
The successful candidate will have strong strategic marketing and communications skills and knowledge, excellent leadership and management skills, strong networking and budgeting skills, good awareness of and skills in outcome reporting (KPIs and ROI).

This exciting role will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Individual Giving Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to develop a strategy, plan and key performance metrics for digital donor acquisition and fundraising. Already expert and excited by digital fundraising campaign development, you’ll have a unique combination of creative and business skills. These will enable you to create engaging digital content and through your expertise in paid search, google grants and paid social, optimise the ROI for Starlight in terms of donor engagement, acquisition, and income. You’ll be curious and take time to understand how we’re supporting children in healthcare settings which will enable you to create content that resonates with our key audiences. Finally, alongside strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, you will be proactive and results-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude to work.
