We raise vital awareness of digestive conditions, fund life-saving research, and provide patients and loved ones with expert information and support – we are informed by evidence and expertise, our community, and the patient voice.

Events & Community Fundraising Manager

We are looking for an Events and Community Fundraising Manager, who will be responsible for growing income, supporter participation and long-term engagement across our events and community fundraising programmes. You will manage and develop our existing portfolio while identifying new and innovative opportunities for sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role. You will be expected to take ownership, develop new ideas, use data and insight to inform decisions, and turn opportunities into practical fundraising activity.

You will join a small and ambitious fundraising team with an established portfolio of around 30 events and a range of community fundraising activities and partnerships, generating approximately £200,000 a year. You will have the opportunity to build on this foundation, developing new fundraising products, audiences and partnerships and improving the supporter experience.

We're hoping to find an experienced events and community fundraiser who can take the lead on their own portfolio, build strong relationships and enjoys working collaboratively in a small, fast-paced charity.

Location

We have offices in London and Huddersfield, both of which are easily accessible by public transport or road. We support hybrid working but attendance in the chosen office is required for a minimum of 1 day per week.
