Digital Communications Manager

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a fantastic UK charity to recruit a Digital Communications Manager, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy and delivery at a long-standing, social welafre charity supporting a niche but vital profession. You’ll lead on digital campaigns, drive web traffic, and ensure strong visibility and engagement across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

You will join a growing, innovative team, and collaborative team, who are at the start of a clear 5-year strategy.

Reporting to the new Head of Marketing, you'll:

• Develop and deliver integrated digital campaigns
• Manage website content and performance (GA4, SEO, CMS)
• Oversee email marketing and social media strategy
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to grow online presence
• Use data insights to inform and improve digital activity

About you:

• Experience in digital communications or marketing
• Skilled in CMS platforms, SEO tools, GA4, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Confident managing digital campaigns from strategy to delivery
• Strong copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Third sector or digital fundraising experience is a bonus

• Full-time, permanent
• Salary £38,000 per annum
