Head of Income Development

Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity supporting children and young people in their search for a Head of Income Development.

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the organisation’s growth and impact.

As Head of Income Development, you will lead and deliver business development and growth. You will identify new opportunities, build influential relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders and maximise growth across existing services. You will lead on tenders, bids and framework opportunities, bringing together the right people to deliver high-quality, innovative and competitive submissions. You’ll assess new opportunities, balancing commercial potential with risk, while ensuring successful opportunities are effectively mobilised and transitioned into operational delivery.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Experience leading business development within the charity/non-profit sector
• A strong track record of identifying and developing income growth opportunities
• Senior-level stakeholder and commissioner engagement experience
• Strong tender, bid and business plan writing skills

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (FTE)

Permanent, part-time (22.5 hours)

Location: London with flexible hybrid working (also open to predominantly remote working with occasional travel)
