Marketing Manager

A great opportunity for a Marketing Manager, to join one of the largest independent Catholic schools in the country, in a key management role within the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns across both the Junior School and the College. As Marketing Manager you will manage day-to-day marketing operations, lead a small team, and work closely with Admissions and other departments to ensure the School’s brand is consistently represented and its enrolment goals are met.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to support pupil recruitment, retention, and community engagement.
• Manage and support the Marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including prospectuses, branded merchandise, and digital content.
• Support the planning and delivery of Marketing and Admissions events across both school sites. Coordinate photography and videography for promotional use, ensuring high quality visual content.
• Ensure the School’s website and digital listings are accurate, engaging, and regularly updated. Support the development and execution of social media and email marketing strategies

I’m keen to hear from Marketing Manager’s with proven experience in marketing, strong digital marketing and social media expertise and experience working in the education sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Salary: Up to £42,330 per annum, dependent on experience
• Permanent, and full-time role.
• Location: Weybridge, on-site 5 days per week.
