Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic national charity that provides emotional, financial and practical support to their community. They are searching for a Fundraiser (Trusts and Foundations) to join their growing and dynamic Fundraising team.
As Fundraiser (Trusts and Foundations), you will research and identify charitable trusts which may provide future financial support to the charity whilst maximising the potential for giving from trusts with which the Charity already has a relationship. You will prepare, submit and monitor applications to charitable trusts including the maintenance of records of applications, grant receipts and successful/failed submissions. You will also ensure Trusts are thanked for donations in timely fashion.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience of successful trust fundraising.
- Understanding of fundraising disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, whether face to face, by telephone, virtual calls or in writing.
- Ability to convey complex information accurately, succinctly and engagingly.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation, combining traditional PA responsibilities with governance and administrative support for the Board and Finance & Audit Committee.

Role: Personal Assistant
Location: London (minimum 4 days per week in the office)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent
Amongst other criteria, the successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a PA/EA role supporting at least one Executive Director.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Excellent diary and email management, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Experience minute-taking for senior-level meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- High proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Desirable experience includes:
- An interest in the screen sector and/or skills and training.
- Familiarity with governance processes and company secretariat duties.
- Event coordination and project support experience.

You’ll play a vital part in a small and ambitious fundraising team, working to grow the Community Giving Programme
As a Community Engagement Officer you will:
- Lead on donor acquisition and retention strategies with community organisations.
- Develop new local partnerships and maintain strong relationships with supporters.
- Coordinate and attend community fundraising events, from charity stalls to bucket collections.
- Secure community grants and local funding opportunities.
- Manage and support volunteer ambassadors.
- Use insight and data to guide decision making and improve supporter journeys.
To be successful, you must have experience:
- Has a track record of meeting fundraising targets and building long-term partnerships.
- Be an excellent communicator and confident public speaker.
- Enjoys networking and building relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Brings strong organisational and project management skills.
- Has a full UK driving license and is willing to travel across North and Central London and Hertsmere.
- Experience in the charity sector and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Beacon) is desirable.
