Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a children charity to recruit for a creative, pro-active and outgoing Corporate Relationship Manager in order to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.
As a Corporate Relationship Manager you:
- Will be responsible for identifying and developing new and existing relationships with corporate partners and prospects to fundraise and generate income to assist the team in reaching agreed income targets.
- Manage corporate partnerships, and one-off corporate events, ensuring that all opportunities are maximised and where possible more sustainable, longer-term funding is generated
- Will proactively identifying, researching, prioritising and making effective approaches to corporate prospects
- Will propose strategic partnerships, apply for charity of the year partnerships, approach companies that are interested in sponsorship and gifts in kind in conjunction with the Lead Corporate Engagement Manager
In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
- A track record in and clear understanding of new business fundraising, targeting and applying for partnerships in a systematic way that delivers sustainable success
- Demonstrable work experience within a corporate fundraising or comparable role.
- Being target driven
- A proven ability to work proactively identifying new contacts and opportunities for development and a track record of identifying new prospects for funding through extensive research of business sectors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Salary: £30,000- £37,000 per annum

I am excited to be working with an amazing London based disability charity in search of a Project Accountant on a 6-month FTC. You will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller with the management and administration of the organisation’s finances.
You will manage a number of business-related and operational systems, processes, procedures and required controls across the organisations group of charities in the delivery of the charity’s services. You will play a key role in the Finance team and will work closely with departmental budget holders and other stakeholders in the organisation, performing a variety of finance tasks from bank reconciliations through to assisting with month end and year end processes and annual audits.
Main duties:
• To assist in the production of the monthly management accounts for the group.
• To process repayments, accruals, intercompany and other relevant month end journals.
• To reconcile Donation income
• To maintain the fixed assets register.
• To prepare Foundation bank reconciliation.
• To assist with the preparation of the annual accounts and liaising with auditors.
• To support the annual budgets cycle in liaison with managers and other budget holders..
• To assist with cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
• To assist with processing & reconciliation of online book sales and VAT returns for the group.
• To manage the organisation mobile phones contract.
• To assist with preparation of accounting records and supporting schedules for audit.
• To manage the Sales Ledgers and credit control function.
• To manage the Purchase Ledger.
• To provide financial information and advice to all staff.

Harris Hill is seeking an experienced Fundraising Assistant for 3 months, on a 28 hour per week basis at a national health based charity.
This role is hybrid based with one day per week in the office in the Farringdon/ Kings Cross area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on the implementation and development of supporter journeys, including thanking, showcasing impact and responding to queries.
Create engaging content for newsletters, emails, socials, and other communication channels.
Ensure timely and personalised responses to supporter enquiries.
Collaborate with teams internally to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
Cultivate relationships with potential legacy donors.
Provide guidance to individuals considering legacy gifts.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of appeals and acquisition activities.
Record all communications on the database (AccessCRM)
Prepare reports and analysis to support evaluation and development.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities related to donor stewardship.
Other tasks will be required as and when necessary to assist with achieving strategic aims for the team.

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic support charity in search of a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a 6-month FTC with amazing benefits, the role is a part-time (21 – 28hrs per week), London based hybrid role. As Recruitment Coordinator you will pay a key role in the People Team, providing a professional, comprehensive, and proactive recruitment service. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment related queries for managers and candidates, be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, and support the HR Officer with the onboarding process.
Key accountabilities:
Successful management of the recruitment process and actively support recruiting managers at all stages of the recruitment process
Accurate record keeping of all recruitment and related activity
Work with recruiting managers to create recruitment packs and agree timelines, panels and routes to attraction.
Ensure all approved vacancies are shared onto appropriate advertising platforms
Coordinate dates and times of interviews with panel members and candidates
Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. recruitment agencies and other digital or online platforms)
Manage the recruitment inbox
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the People Team.

Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic mental health charity, in their search for a Fundraising Executive (Trusts) to join their team.
As Fundraising Executive (Trusts), you will drive and accelerate income predominantly from charitable trusts and deliver an unrivalled supporter experience. You will assist with researching grant making organisations (e.g. charitable trusts, lottery and statutory organisations) to match identified funding needs, including essential core costs. You will be responsible for a charitable trust/statutory funding portfolio agreed with line manager. You will also write and lead on high quality funding proposals including assisting with project budgets.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience of researching, drafting and submitting successful bids to charitable-trusts and/or statutory funders for >£10k
- Excellent written communication skills; (e.g. drafting formal letters/fundraising applications/ fundraising materials/social media or similar)
- Proven diverse formal & informal verbal communication skills including ability to engage and inspire supporters to fundraise (e.g. leading meetings/giving presentations to a range of stakeholders/motivating fundraisers or transferable skills)
