The Role
The purpose of the Project and Policy Officer role is to:
- Provide vital project management support to substantial and often fast-paced projects that National Voices runs across its whole organisation including the policy and external affairs team and the evidence and improvement team
- Assist senior members of the policy team to develop policy projects and outputs which support the adoption and spread of equitable and person-centred health and care services.
- Work with voluntary sector organisations and people with the greatest health and care needs to ensure they are engaged in National Voices’ work
Responsibilities
Project organisation and administrative
· Support and coordinate the project management of significant projects, across the whole organisation including the policy and external affairs team and the evidence and improvement team.
· Maintain records of activity, finances and minutes etc as required.
· Lead on collating evidence of activity and its impact to support evaluation.
· Support the planning and facilitation of online and in person events such as working days and webinars.
· Support stakeholder management, particularly via email and diary management using electronic systems.
· Maintain lists of stakeholders and contacts to aid dissemination and networking.
Insight, engagement and communication
· Work with voluntary sector organisations and people with the greatest health needs in the coordination and support of workshops, focus groups and in-depth interviews.
· Read and analyse the influencing work our members do (reports, events) and share content with the National Voices team, spot and make connections.
· Connect with policy and influencing colleagues in member organisations, sharing our work with members.
· Work with senior members of the team to deliver timely and effective Heads of Policy meetings and Members’ Briefings on strategic topics within health and care.
· Identify, monitor and evaluate policy issues and assist senior members of the team to formulate and draft new policy positions, consultation responses, reports, briefings and other policy and public affairs documents that capture agreed positions.
· Support and develop the communication of project outcomes and outputs working closely with National Voices Policy and Communications manager.

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time.

WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation. Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers. Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams. You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations. You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France. We’re radically transforming the funding landscape and strengthening civil society. Role Purpose
As our international grantmaking and emergency relief support expands, we are seeking an experienced International Finance Manager to oversee high-risk and complex financial operations in humanitarian and activist contexts globally.
The International Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and oversight across our growing global grantmaking portfolio. Terms and benefits:
Terms: The role will be full-time (37.5 hours/week) permanent contract - we will consider well-structured JobShare applications. As we often work with volunteers, occasional evening and weekend work will be required and compensated through TOIL. Occasional but limited UK or European travel will be required (by arrangement).

Salary: £39,705
Location: You must be based in the UK. We have an office in Farringdon, London, where London-based staff typically work at least two days a week. If you are based outside of London, the role will be home-based.
We hold quarterly all-staff strategy meetings and annual away days which you will be required to attend in person: we will cover the cost of your travel. You will be required to come together with the team occasionally and these travel costs will not be covered, we try our best to keep these to when only necessary.
Language Skills & Visa Status: Candidates must be fluent in English and have the independent right to work in the UK for a minimum of two years, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) plays a key role in overseeing Dogs Trust's internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the Charity’s financial, legal, IT, efficiencies, facilities, and governance functions. We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to provide sound technical advice and guidance to ensure high quality qualitative outcome measurement tools and approaches in line with our increasing portfolio in disability and social inclusion in order to continuously improve Sightsavers’ evidence base.
As the MEL Advisor you will lead qualitative project baseline and endline data collection, coordination, reporting and learning to improve the quality of our programmes and Sightsavers impact. You will maintain and further develop Sightsavers’ qualitative outcome monitoring approach across our thematic areas and ensure high quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
Sightsavers has developed and introduced a MEL framework to measure the organisation’s strategic progress - Learning Accountability and Monitoring Progress (LAMP). The post holder will support its processes and make a significant contribution to understanding progress using qualitative evidence.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and strengthening practices

Lead on the strengthening and design of innovative and participatory monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools to assess outcomes and impact of programmes; support the integration of successful approaches in routine MEL practice.

Lead on the piloting, implementation and revision of Sightsavers MEL approaches in existing and new projects including strong links with LAMP; support MEL team members to implement appropriate tools.

The Role
As a Treescape Curator, you will help conserve and enhance all of the Royal Parks through resilient, biodiverse and beautifully curated tree landscapes.
