Your new role
My role is Finance Officer. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily download and reconciliations of bank statements to CRM and processing of income via bank transfer.
- Daily posting of membership database data into the accounting system
- Reconciliation of income to the bank statements
- Manage the end-to-end supplier invoice and expenses process
- Process refunds for overpayments
- Handling incoming finance queries by email and telephone
- Issue remittances, receipts and prepare ad hoc invoices.
- Manage the company credit cards, including manual posting of expenditure to the accounting system
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will need previous experience in finance, including the duties above. If you were studying for your AAT qualification, this would be advantageous. Strong systems skills, including Sage and Excel is also desirable.
