Your new company
An established healthcare and community services organisation is seeking an experienced People Partner to join its People team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a values-led organisation that places people at the centre of its strategy and service delivery.Supporting senior leaders across the business, you will play a key role in shaping workforce initiatives, driving organisational change and helping to create a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Your new role
As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing expert strategic and operational HR support across a range of workforce matters. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will help deliver people strategies that support organisational objectives and ensure the workforce remains engaged, capable and effective.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance cases.
  • Leading and supporting organisational change programmes, restructures, workforce redesign and TUPE projects.
  • Coaching and influencing senior managers to build leadership and people management capability.
  • Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Developing and embedding people-focused initiatives that improve organisational performance.
  • Building effective relationships with Trade Unions and supporting consultation and negotiation processes.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and workforce strategies.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing positive organisational change.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or People Partner position.
  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations casework.
  • Strong experience of organisational change, transformation, consultation and TUPE activity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • A degree, CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.


Experience within healthcare, social care, the NHS, charity sector, housing or wider public sector environments would be highly advantageous. This is a particularly strong fit for candidates with experience of workforce transformation and complex people challenges.
