What You’ll Be Doing
As our Individual Giving Assistant – Supporter Retention & Development, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects, helping to retain and maximise the lifetime value of our supporters. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our donors, providing exceptional supporter care and ensuring every supporter feels valued. Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to supporter enquiries by phone and email, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and with care
- Thanking donors and personalising communications to build strong relationships
- Accurately recording and processing donations, including “in memory” gifts, and updating supporter records on our database
- Supporting the delivery of fundraising campaigns, including creating timing plans, checking data, and monitoring stock levels
- Managing invoices and supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Working with colleagues and volunteers to deliver the best possible supporter experience

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our Service & Business Improvement team who play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the Age UK network. Endometriosis UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Fundraising Manager to join our busy fundraising team and support our continued growth. You will line manage the Fundraising Administrator and the Stewardship and Supporter Care Officer, playing a key role in leading a friendly, ambitious team and delivering exciting plans to grow vital income.

About the role
We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now. As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer. To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality.
The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program. This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners. This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.

The Role
Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches.
As the Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and inducting mentees and volunteers onto the programme and supporting matches throughout their journey. You’ll also drive engagement with the programme, and develop recruitment strategies for potential volunteers and mentees.
Responsibilities:

Coordinating the Tribunal Mentor Programme and volunteers.

Welcoming new mentee and mentor applicants to the programme through 121 and group calls.

Recruitment and engagement of new volunteers and participants.

Monitoring our Community WhatsApp groups and responding to enquiries.

Hosting regularly mentor and mentee online check-ins.

Researching further support and signposting options for mentees.

General administrative tasks, including managing volunteer and mentoring data, supporting the Head of Support Services with reporting data and responding to general enquiries.

Supporting our Head of Support Services with volunteer training, policy and process development.

Supporting other Support Services projects where necessary.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Volunteer engagement - demonstrated through experience managing or coordinating volunteers.
- Diversity, equity and inclusion focus, able to demonstrate a deep understanding of (and confidence in discussing) anti-oppression.
- Engaging written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated through a proven ability to craft engaging newsletters, social posts or discussion prompts.
- Mentee and mentor growth and retention - demonstrated through experience in growing and sustaining a befriending or mentoring programme (or transferable skills from other types of service user engagement)
- Technologically proficient and confident - demonstrated through experience using Beacon or other CRM systems and digital work tools.

About the role

As Fundraising Manager, your role will focus on developing relationships and generating income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools and parishes.

We are looking for someone with strong fundraising experience who is keen to use their skills to help CCS grow our income. A proactive and flexible approach is also a must! The successful candidate will have:
- At least four years’ experience or working as a charity fundraiser
- A proven track record of personally securing income in excess of £200,000 p.a.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and supporters.
