Harris Hill has an opening for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to join a health related charity for 3 months, but potentially longer to cover recruitment period.
Following the completion of a 5 year plan, the organisation has decided to invest in Individual Giving as it has been noted there is lots of room for improvement, one of which is dividing the team into separate retention and acquisitions teams. This will focus on the retention side. They will be recruiting permanently but need someone quite experienced to get the ball rolling on an interim basis.
As an IG Manager, you will be required to hit the ground running but also be quite hands on, ready to roll your sleeves up when needed. The role is hybrid based with one day per week in the office. They have two offices. One in central and the other in south London which could work well for someone commuting in from the Surrey and the south.
The client is willing to offer a daily rate on a PAYE basis of £164-200 per day, plus holiday pay, which would be payrolled via the agency. You could choose an umbrella company if you wish.

Purpose of the post
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within HDR UK, as the key point of contact and financial support for the Institute Office teams. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
· Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in a similar finance position.
· Some experience in an international context.
· Ability to work as a team player in a cross-functional setting and challenging environment.
· Ability to deliver within high-quality standards and tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to tell a story with numbers.
· Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
· Experience using Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central and Microsoft Power BI desirable.

What is the role?
Joining the team at an exciting time of change, you would be leading on all stakeholder management and reporting into the Head of Finance and based in the office three days per week.
Main responsibilities:
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting; monitoring both & providing commercial analysis
- Ensuring the efficient production of monthly management accounts
- Business partnering with various departments; reporting on income and spend
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the finance team and other non-finance stakeholders
This role is offering a salary of up to £60,000
What do you need to succeed?
- A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience producing monthly management accounts & business partnering with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working within a charity finance function would be beneficial
- Confident user of Excel and other accounting systems
- Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
· Contribute fully to the development and implementation of operational and strategic decisions to achieve objectives
· Responsible for advising and supporting managers on delivering effective human resource management and for ensuring that best HR practice is delivered at all times
· To lead on recruitment and selection process, including advising appointing managers on current recruitment legislation and organisational processes and procedures.
· To develop and deliver training and development interventions linked to identified needs
· To line manage the HR Administrator and HR Assistant roles
· Leading meetings involving highly complex sensitive information, presenting and analysing complex information such as grievances, disciplinary, welfare issues, investigation meetings, absence management and capability
· Be the lead HR person for Training and Development including organising Study Leave Committee meetings
Person Specification:
· Degree level qualification or equivalent experience or Level 7 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
· Significant relevant experience in Human Resources in a generalist role
· Experience working in the non-profit sector
· Demonstrated experience in a Healthcare environment
· Proficient use of HRIS to aid analysis of data and presentation of information
· Ability to assess risks appropriately and develop pragmatic solutions to mitigate the risk
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are delighted to be working once again with a prestigious health charity as they search for a Data Migration Specialist to lead the implementation of their new MS Dynamics CRM. You will be tasked with setting up all functionality for the ongoing use of this CRM including utilising SQL, Python alongside KingswaySoft tools to import and export data accurately and efficiently from various source systems. You will also manage a complex range of internal and external stakeholders so strong influencing skills will be a real asset.
You will need:
- Proven experience in SQL database development and data migration projects
- Experience of utilising KingswaySoft or similar ETL tools
- Ability to convert technical information to a range of audiences
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem solving and internal stakeholder management skills
