About this job:
As Systems Accountant, you’ll:
- lead on the development and enhancement of Unit 4 ERPx, functioning as system administration and SUPER-user,

Management Accountant required for locally respected Not-for-Profit organisation in Uxbridge who offer fantastic benefits such as 37 days holiday, generous defined benefit pension and opportunities to develop your skills.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will support the consolidation of four entities to produce the management accounts and investigate budget variances for the group.
Detailed duties include;
- Produce accurate and timely consolidated management accounts to agreed deadlines
- Assist the Finance Manager with the investigations of budget variances
- Complete balance sheet control accounts reconciliations including bank reconciliation, accruals and prepayments
- Maintain the nominal ledger coding structure and ensure that all transactions are correctly coded
- Prepare and post income recognition journals as part of the month end and year end process
- Follow month end procedure, post month end journals, update the schedules including energy, rates and refectory
- Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with the production of the consolidated year end accounts
- Assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager with cashflow forecasting and monitoring
In order to be successful in the role we are looking for candidates to be actively studying towards a finance qualification and relevant experience of management accounts.
You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal who can build relationships with a wide range of professional stakeholders.
