The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. Sitting on the Fundraising SLT and leading the team of four, the Head of Corporate will bring a new business lens to the portfolio, driving new brand and commercial, strategic and charity of the year partnerships. The role will also oversee a Department of Health funded programme to bring pregnancy information to SMEs.
Personally leading on and supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager in developing new business will be a key element of the role, including building propositions around key campaign moments. We are very excited to be looking for an amazing Individual Giving Manager to join the delightful team at The National Brain Appeal, an amazing organisation that is funding research, innovative treatment and world-class facilities for those with neurological & neuromuscular conditions.
As an Individual Giving Manager, you will play a vital part in driving and delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy, shaping the end-to-end experience of new and existing supporters, and leading on marketing and communications and Legacy giving. You will work closely with colleagues across the Fundraising team and lead a team of three to deliver on a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing individual giving income.
To be a successful Individual Giving Manager, you will need:
- Extensive experience in designing, delivering and reporting on individual giving fundraising activities
- Proven experience in creating and monitoring budgets
- Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Location: London, Hybrid with 2 days per week in the office

As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will play a key part in generating transformational funding, providing strategic oversight of the function, as well as working hands-on to maximise income and ensure HNWI are engaged and inspired to support PCUK. You will work closely with the Philanthropy Lead to drive pipeline development and provide exceptional stewardship to donors, building long-term relationships with a range of supporters.
This is a lovely opportunity to step into a Senior role with a real focus on the strategic and hands-on delivery of a Philanthropy programme, working collaboratively with teams and senior stakeholders across the organisation through an exciting period of growth.
To be a great Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will need:
- Experience in building and growing successful relationships with supporters and funders
- Experience in growing donor pipelines and bringing new supporters on board
- Ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders
