About the role

As our new Head of Fundraising, you will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious, sustainable fundraising strategy to support Springboard’s long-term goals. IAG Delivery and line management
· To be accountable for achieving agreed outcomes, outputs and personal targets – including recruitment, employability training and learner progression targets
· To manage a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), confidence building and employability training
· Completing appropriate action plans and reviews with participants
· To act as the single point of contact for small caseload of participants

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern:
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Jamie Frost joins Board Meetings as an advisor. He has handed over all his intellectual property to the Charity. He much prefers creating teaching materials and going out into schools than managing staff and getting involved in the day to day running of things. He will report to the CEO.
Job description
Lead all aspects of DFL, exciting stakeholders with the vision and inspiring staff to give their best every day

Keep abreast of changes in the education landscape, both policy and technology, ensuring that DFL is never left behind as new areas develop

Essential
· Passion for the transformative power of a good maths education
· Have led teams and can demonstrate and breadth of experience and understanding which means that could be the CEO of a small, but ambitious, organisation
· Able to demonstrate a growth mindset
Desirable
· Experience of growing a small business or startup, in a leadership role
· Experience of technology business, ideally software
· Knowledge of VC or philanthropic funding

About the role
Developing meaningful relationships will be at the heart of your role as Philanthropy Manager. FINANCE MANAGER (Part-Time)
Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in North West London office

A dynamic and mission-driven arts and education charity is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll report to the Executive Director and play a key role in ensuring financial sustainability and robust financial processes as the organisation continues to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and forecasts
- Support budget setting and financial planning
