Fundraising and Data Support

• Managing Contacts: Ensuring that up-to-date records are kept throughout our CRM (Salesforce)

This role will focus on building relationships across the Fuller’s pub estate, connecting pubs with local Special Olympics GB clubs and helping bring the partnership to life through events, volunteering, fundraising and storytelling. This is a highly people-focused role that involves regular travel, building relationships with pub managers and teams, and helping them find simple and meaningful ways to support Special Olympics GB in their communities.

Then join our team supporting Young Carers, aged 5-18 years, who have caring responsibilities for someone in their family due to disability, long-term illness, mental health, or drug or alcohol misuse.

You’ll deliver the service across Ashford and Swale, so your own car is essential. You will manage an existing caseload and new referrals, meeting with families and Young Carers to complete statutory assessments and providing short-term interventions that support Young Carers to improve their resilience, educational chances and wellbeing. This might be signposting to local services, action planning or one-to-one support.

Working closely with schools and Childrens Services, you will make referrals to a range of professionals and community services, ensuring whole family needs are met and thereby reducing the impact of caring on the Young Carer.

As a CYP Coordinator, you will plan and deliver respite activities, providing opportunities for Young Carers to spend time with their peers and recognise that they are not alone.

Applicants may have relevant experience of working or volunteering in education, health or social care, or be looking to start a career working with children or young people. This is a full-time role.

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic RCR Learning team. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and RCR Learning colleagues to design and develop visually engaging, interactive online learning resources that support doctors throughout their careers.

What you’ll do:

Design & develop digital learning

• Work with SMEs to design, test and evaluate interactive online learning courses.
• Create engaging multimedia assets including graphics, animations, videos and templates.
• Develop storyboards and scripts, offering technical and creative input.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and contribute innovative approaches.
• Ensure all content meets RCR brand, accessibility and quality standards.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience applying educational and instructional design principles to high quality digital learning.

• Strong visual design skills, ideally with experience using Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Experience creating engaging digital and video based visual assets. 
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), copyright, GDPR and other relevant legislation. 
• Ability to collaborate confidently with SMEs and internal stakeholders. 
• Experience designing interactive learning exercises such as branching scenarios (desirable). 
• Experience working with doctors, academics or medical professionals (desirable).

We’re looking for a talented and proactive CRM and Supporter Care Lead to take ownership of our CRM system and elevate the way we engage with our supporters. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every supporter feels valued, appreciated and connected to the impact they make.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the charity’s go‑to expert for CRM and supporter care. You’ll champion data quality across all departments, shape supporter journeys, and set the standards that ensure Treetops delivers exceptional supporter experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

· Take full ownership of the primary CRM database, ensuring it is used effectively and consistently across the organisation

· Ensure the primary CRM holds all relevant supporter data from every source and database
 

· Champion supporter care at Treetops, setting standards that ensure supporters receive timely, meaningful and personalised communication

What we’re looking for

An organised, analytical professional with excellent data skills and the confidence to lead our CRM and Supporter Care strategy. You’ll bring:

The team also provides support to, and promotes best practice across the wider Church in relation to financial matters, including monitoring the financial health of Dioceses, Cathedrals, Theological Education Institutions etc. The Finance team is currently supporting their NCI clients with some major change and transformation projects, as well as undergoing significant changes to their own ways of working to ensure they can deliver a high-quality Finance service which meets the needs of the NCIs. This includes undertaking a Finance Transformation Programme to help Finance develop their service.
