Draft donation acknowledgement letters for donors to acknowledge donations received.

Management of donations management system (Raisers Edge), including:

review of potential duplicate donor records

ensuring accurate documentation and declarations for Gift Aid donors

making edits and updates to donor records as and when required.Maintenance of the tracker for Raisers Edge issues to ensure these are managed and dealt with appropriately.

Follow up with donors who have expressed an interest in Gift Aid.

Liaising with the Comms team to ensure maintenance of supporters contact list.

Digital archiving of paper-based records held within the Finance Department.

Support Finance Managers with the organisation of the shared drive and the Sharepoint site.

Management of Finance policy and procedure documents library on the shared drive, ensuring these are up-to-date and accessible to staff.

Download bank statements on a daily basis and save on the shared drive.

Financial controls

Reconciliation of simple balance sheet accounts (e.g. petty cash, debit notes, deposit accounts) on a monthly basis.

Rconciliation of properties bank accounts and deposit accounts on a monthly basis.

Support the Finance Officer (Income) with donations collections and trips to the bank to deposit cash and cheque donations, ensuring all cheques and cash received are banked promptly and securely.

Provide assistance with the annual audit and the preparation of the statutory accounts, particularly with regard the provision of supporting documentation.

Host finance inductions for all new staff members.

Financial processing

Manage the corporate credit card process and user register, including onboarding of new users.

Issue monthly credit card statements to staff members for their expenses submissions.

Conduct first finance review of monthly credit card submissions and collate the supporting documentation submitted, ready for posting.

Collate Out of Pocket expenditure claims and conduct a first review of these before processing by the Finance Officer (Expenditure).

Support the Finance Officer (Income) with quarterly donor pledge statements process.

Post property and Victoria Hall interest, bank sweeps, and charges into Business Central.

Perform any other financial duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Controller, Properties Finance Manager, Head of Finance and Operations.

Supporting Finance Officers (Income and Expenditure) and covering key tasks in their absence.

About the role:

This is a pilot project for Advance working with women with complex needs related to their involvement with the criminal justice system. As the Complex Needs & Outreach Worker you will provide intensive, trauma-informed support to women experiencing multiple and intersecting vulnerabilities, including homelessness, domestic and sexual violence, mental health challenges, substance misuse, and social exclusion. Working flexibly across outreach and community settings, you will focus on building trusting relationships with women who may be disengaged from or distrustful of services, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed holistically.

You will be based primarily at Folkestone Probation Office, with up to two days per week spent providing outreach support in the community. This position involves close collaboration with the Folkestone Women's Pod to identify women who require intensive support.

A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential.

You will be highly empathetic, able to listen without judgement, and emotionally resilient when supporting women who have experienced significant trauma and adversity. The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. Income growth & diversification

As a part-time role within a small charity, the postholder will need to carefully prioritise income-generating opportunities alongside stewardship and relationship management. In year one, a key focus will be establishing effective donor pathways through the rollout of our new CRM, ensuring supporters experience clear and meaningful journeys with the charity. Alongside this, the Senior Fundraising Manager will assess and determine which early opportunities for growth should be prioritised. While areas such as community fundraising, digital campaigns and regular giving are likely to offer early potential, the postholder will lead decisions on where to focus effort and investment to generate the strongest returns.

• Leverage and optimise existing community and public fundraising activity to increase income and supporter numbers.
• Develop and grow new revenue streams, to potentially include digital fundraising campaigns, regular giving, trusts and grants, and legacy giving.

• Support the design and rollout of our first CRM system, working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to design fit-for-purpose donor journeys and pathways, establish meaningful reporting frameworks and ensure data supports excellent stewardship and strategic decision-making.
• Use CRM data and financial information to track performance, analyse trends and adjust strategy as required.

Data & impact

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ICO guidance, GDPR and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
• Work closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to ensure our data meaningfully represents organisational outcomes.
• Translate impact data into powerful, succinct and persuasive communications or compelling cases for support.

Downright Perfect is a volunteer-run charity supporting children with Down syndrome and their families through professional services, resources and community events. We are seeking a passionate Chief Executive Officer to oversee the day-to-day running of the charity and support the Board of Trustees.

Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn is seeking an experienced Honorary Treasurer to provide professional financial advice and guidance to its Board of Trustees. This is a paid, advisory role (non-trustee) focused on financial oversight, risk management, and supporting informed, sustainable decision-making.

Working closely with the Board and CEO, the postholder will help ensure the charity’s finances are well-managed, transparent, and compliant with charity law and accounting standards, including SORP. The role involves approximately two days per month, with hybrid working arrangements.

This is role offers the opportunity to apply senior financial expertise to the stewardship of a charitable fund for the benefit of communities across Ynys Môn, now and for future generations.

Applicants should hold a recognised professional financial qualification or have equivalent senior-level financial experience.

Woodgreen is well-known for its successful communities programme of work, and this role will support it's strategic expansion and evolution by developing and managing external relationships and strategic collaborations that extend the reach and impact of our work.

Reporting to the Head of Community Programmes and Partnerships you will work across Woodgreen’s Community Programmes and wider Pet Services directorate to ensure external relationships are coordinated and effective, strengthening collective capability and supporting the organisation’s long-term mission and impact.  This will include working with organisations that support pet owners through referral pathways, collaboration and aligned activity, as well as building relationships that enable Woodgreen’s national expansion by supporting others to adopt approaches aligned to our model.

By establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships that strengthen how support for pet owners is enabled in practice, your work with community outreach operational partners will support shared ways of working whilst developing broader strategic relationships that grow Woodgreen’s national reach and influence over time.

If you have;

• Significant experience in developing, managing, and sustaining effective relationships with external organisations in an operational or delivery-focused context.
• A track record of recruiting, onboarding, and working with partner organisations across a range of relationship types, including informal arrangements, memoranda of understanding, and more formal agreements.
• Experience setting and maintaining shared expectations, standards, or frameworks with external partners, and supporting partners to work effectively within them.
• A strong understanding of effective partnership and relationship management in complex, multi-agency or cross-sector environments.
• The ability to establish and maintain credibility with a wide range of stakeholders, balancing collaboration, support, and appropriate challenge.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours a week on a hybrid basis with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our Godmanchester site for approximately 2 days a week dependant on business need.  Applications from candidates looking for a part time role of 30 hours a week will also be considered.  The starting salary for this position will be £35,598 - £43,507 per annum depending on experience (pro rata'd as applicable for a part time opportunity).  This is complemented by;

• 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days after five years (pro rata'd for part time position)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As we continue to grow, LightEn is seeking a Project Manager, Publishing, to lead and coordinate the delivery of our publishing projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will manage book projects end to end - working closely with authors to understand and support their creative vision, guiding manuscripts through the writing and editorial process, and shepherding each title through production and release.

You will act as a central point of coordination across authors, editors, designers, production partners, and internal teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and shared intent are upheld across multiple formats and derivatives, including print, eBook, audiobook, and translations. You will also provide regular progress updates to the Editorial Director and key stakeholders, helping to maintain clarity, momentum, and alignment throughout the publishing lifecycle.

Job responsibilities include:

• Meet directly with authors to understand their creative vision, support their ideas, and help bring their books to life from concept through publication.
• Act as a supportive, trusted point of contact for authors, offering encouragement, guidance, and problem-solving throughout the writing, editorial, and production process.
• Manage publishing projects end to end, tracking manuscripts, key milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure books progress smoothly and on time.
• Coordinate and liaise with editors, designers, production partners, translators, narrators, and internal teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the publishing lifecycle.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple formats and derivatives, including print, eBook, audiobook, and translated editions, ensuring quality and consistency across each.
• Collaborate closely with other project managers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices, supporting a consistent and effective approach to project delivery across the organisation.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Editorial Director and share insights, risks, and opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, clarity, and the author experience.
• Provide support on additional projects as needed and handle ad hoc administrative or coordination tasks as they arise.

Skills & Qualities

If you have;

• A working knowledge of relevant design, improvement, or analytical methods (e.g. service or human-centred design, improvement approaches, behaviour change frameworks, systems mapping, monitoring and evaluation), with the ability to apply or commission their use in practice.
• Significant experience of developing, improving, or adapting services or initiatives involving complex or evolving needs, and using insight, evidence, and feedback to strengthen impact in practice.
• Significant experience of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including operational teams, communities and partners in order to understand needs, test ideas, and support implementation across different contexts or delivery settings.
• Proven experience in using data, evaluation, and lived experience insight to inform service improvement, shape recommendations, or contribute to programme or model development, including balancing evidence with operational realities.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will organise and manage a variety of impactful fundraising and stewardship events, helping to strengthen relationships with supporters, partners, and prospects across a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver a diverse programme of events, including large-scale (up to 200 attendees) fundraising occasions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver memorable experiences within budget.
• Lead on the day of events, managing speakers, talent, suppliers, volunteers, and staff to ensure smooth execution and risk mitigation.
• Manage post-event evaluations to gather insights and inform future initiatives.

Person Specification:

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
