Employment & Progression Manager
Hotel School is an award-winning charity that believes everyone deserves the opportunity to build a career they can be proud of. Through our expert-led hospitality programme and personalised support, we help people facing homelessness and multiple disadvantages gain the skills, confidence and opportunities to secure, sustain and progress in employment.
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate and motivated Employment & Progression Manager to lead our Employment & Progression service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service that supports graduates beyond training, helping them overcome barriers, thrive in work and achieve their long-term career goals.
You'll lead a team of Employment & Progression Coaches, oversee safeguarding and graduate support, build strong employer partnerships and use data and insight to continuously improve our service. You'll work closely with our Charity Director to develop new ideas, strengthen employer engagement and ensure every graduate receives high-quality, person-centred support.
This role would suit someone with experience in employability, employment support or career progression who enjoys leading people, building partnerships and making a tangible difference. You'll be values-driven, collaborative and committed to helping people realise their potential.
At Hotel School, you'll join a small, supportive and ambitious team where your ideas are valued and your work has a direct impact. We offer 34 days' annual leave plus Christmas closure, clinical supervision, ongoing professional development, an Employee Assistance Programme and the opportunity to help shape the future of an award-winning charity.
If you're excited by the opportunity to lead a talented team and help people facing homelessness and multiple disadvantages build sustainable careers in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
