We’re looking for a Delivery Officer (Employability and Skills) to help coordinate and deliver some of our impactful employability projects, including flagship initiatives like Access Aspiration and Holiday Hope Employability. You’ll work directly with young Londoners, schools, and employers to make opportunities happen; from coordinating logistics and work placements to facilitating engaging career-readiness sessions that connect young people with their futures.

Day to day, you’ll support employer and school engagement, ensure smooth project delivery, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. You’ll contribute to team planning and collaboration by sharing insights from delivery, gathering feedback, and helping showcase the real impact of our programmes.

Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you’ll have the independence to manage your own workload while drawing on the support and expertise of a collaborative team. You’ll also help nurture long-term partnerships with businesses and schools, supporting our shared goal of helping 250,000 young Londoners access positive opportunities, healthy food, and meaningful career connections.

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time hours may be considered)

The role of People Systems Database Lead is in place to maintain, optimise, and support RGP’s HRIS, ATS, Learning Management and Better Impact systems. Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data, and supporting system updates, integrations, and reporting needs. The People Database Lead will collaborate with HR, L&D, Volunteering, IT, Finance and other departments to improve system functionality, automate processes, and enhance user experience.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

• Collaborate with People Team colleagues to identify management information relating to HR metrics for success and improve data quality with People system applications.
• Ensure People Team colleagues and business managers receive relevant management information in a timely manner on request, or as a regular update, as agreed.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to People team users.
• Analyse, investigate and resolve statistical queries and issues/problems.
• Maintain an awareness of the People processes and work with members of the People team to identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.
• Work with the Director of People and People department Heads to identify changing needs of the organisation and improvements with potential to simplify or automate processes.

• Full, current valid UK driving licence.

Herts Young Homeless is an independent charity and has been supporting vulnerable people in Hertfordshire since 1998. We are professional, passionate, collaborative and supportive charity that provides guidance to everyone who is in need of support.

One25 is a Bristol charity for women moving from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community. It is a highly respected charity working with some of the most marginalised women in Bristol.

One25 services have been developed to meet women at their point of need, with love and practical support. We do this through our night and early morning outreach service which is a lifeline for nearly 200 women on Bristol’s streets. Our Health Hub provides support for women to access health services and healthcare professionals. Our caseworkers offer intensive one-to-one care in any area of need: from support in court to finding somewhere safe to live.

We are recruiting a Van Outreach Worker to lead One25’s van outreach shifts on alternate weekends. The role provides support and sign-posting to women who are street-sex working, leads and supports a small team of volunteers on each shift, provides briefings and debriefs before and after shifts, and makes decisions relating to safeguarding and safety on the van. On alternate weekends, the Weekend Van Outreach Worker provides on-call support to those on shift. There is also one weekly daytime shift in the office to connect with the wider team.

We are looking for someone who is able to bring compassion and a non-judgemental approach to their engagement with the women. You should have great interpersonal skills which help you to support the volunteers who keep One25’s services running. You should be able to think on your feet and, when necessary, be decisive. This is a unique role and every night can be different. The main focus of the role is to secure income for large-scale capital investment at Stanley Arts; alongside developing and maintaining relationships with statutory funders and trusts who maysupport programming and core running costs of the
building. Funding bodies will include Arts Council England, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and other voluntary sources, predominantly trusts and foundations.

The Development Manager will play a central role in securing income for Stanley Arts through two key areas:

You should have a strong understanding of the issues faced by individuals at risk of homelessness and the skills to support them in maintaining their tenancies. You will have experience working with people with a range of mental health conditions, including dual diagnosis, and demonstrate the ability to communicate with empathy, dignity, and respect. A solid understanding of safeguarding and how to respond appropriately is essential.

Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness, rough sleeping, or temporary accommodation is required, particularly those with complex needs such as substance use, mental health issues, and offending histories. The candidate should be familiar with recovery principles and approaches, and committed to empowering service users to make informed choices and work toward independence.

You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, including supporting the induction of peer staff and volunteers. An awareness of lone working and health and safety practices is important, alongside motivation to uphold professional standards and use management and peer support to maintain resilience. Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and email communication.

You will be working Monday to Friday 39 hours a week

About the role:

This role will be hybrid with a base at one of our offices in West Mercia and will require regular travel within the West Mercia area. As a Caseworker you will be supporting adults to:

• Ensure the delivery of excellent services to victims of crime through the direct provision of information and practical and emotional help from the point of crime, and onwards throughout the criminal justice process, where appropriate
• Ensure that the overall aim of helping people cope and recover from the effects of crime is achieved
• Act as a single point of contact, to undertake effective need and risk assessments of victims and their circumstances
• Coordinate the overall delivery of the cope and recovery plan and recovery journey, working closely with other service providers to meet the needs of victims to enable them to cope and recover from the impact of crime

You will need:

• Experience of delivering a service and working directly with service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting
• Experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or families
• Understanding and knowledge of an active commitment to promoting equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity
• Ability to work without direct supervision, prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/ needs and interests in an organised and methodical manner
• Ability to needs assess, risk assess and empathise with the victim

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. We are looking to recruit a life skills and activities co-ordinator to concentrate on building and expanding relationships with young people living in our supported accommodation as well as families in Westminster who attend sessions in our Family Services department. This is a unique and rewarding role in our Employment & Learning Team that will involve meeting and working with residents in our supported accommodation on a one-to-one basis and in groups, facilitating activities and evaluating and building evidence that these interventions have made a difference. Your work will focus on supporting our residents (aged 16-25) on-site with their Life Skills development. You will also work holistically to support the families who attend sessions in the Family Centre and who attend outings and “away-days”. The role also requires facilitating our study club (aged 13+) and group ESOL sessions (19+).
