Salary: £43,306 

Location: Manchester - Agile

They have an exciting position available for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer to join them!  

They’re looking for someone who can implement an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan. You’ll ensure there is a consistent, best practise approach to equality, diversity and inclusion and promote and encourage equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery, policies and procedures.  

What they’re looking for:         

  • Demonstrable background in an EDI role  

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.  

  • Possess a high standard of data and information literacy with the ability to research, analyse and present complex information effectively to a range of audiences.  

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.  

  • A competent user of IT who has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
