Regional Operations Manager

Hybrid - Covering Southern England

£50,000 - £55,000

Lead. Inspire. Transform.

Are you an experienced operational leader looking for the opportunity to make a real difference?

Our client is seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to join their Supported Living leadership team covering their Southern Region

Working as the operational deputy to the Head of Supported Living, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the services are safe, well-led, person-centred and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs.

This is more than an operations role. It's an opportunity to influence culture, strengthen leadership, drive quality and help shape the future of Supported Living within one of the UK's leading charities.

About the Role

You'll provide operational leadership through the management and development of Registered Managers and the Quality & Improvement Lead, ensuring services consistently achieve high standards of quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.

Working closely with the Head of Supported Living, you'll provide assurance across your region, using governance, performance data and quality intelligence to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making.

You'll build high-performing teams, develop leadership capability, strengthen relationships with commissioners and partners, and ensure services remain inspection-ready while delivering outstanding, person-centred support.

They're looking for someone who:

  • Has significant operational leadership experience within Supported Living or adult social care.
  • Has experience managing multiple services through Registered Managers.
  • Has an excellent understanding of CQC regulation, safeguarding and governance.
  • Can inspire, coach and develop leaders to achieve their full potential.
  • Uses data, quality assurance and performance information to drive improvement.
  • Builds strong relationships with commissioners, families and professional partners.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive senior leadership team where you'll have the autonomy to influence change, develop services and make a lasting difference to the lives of the people they support.

If you're a collaborative, values-led leader who enjoys developing others, improving services and delivering operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
