About the role:
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves opening doors, building momentum and turning interest into long-term support. As Corporate Partnerships Officer, you’ll be right at the heart of our growing Fundraising team, actively identifying new corporate partners, starting meaningful conversations and shaping partnerships that genuinely add value. From first approach to signed agreement, you’ll play a key role in bringing businesses on board and inspiring them to stand alongside our work.
You’ll split your time between winning new partnerships and deepening existing ones. That means researching and targeting the right organisations, crafting and delivering engaging pitches, and managing a live pipeline of opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll steward a portfolio of corporate partners, building strong relationships with key contacts, coordinating activity, spotting opportunities to grow support and ensuring partnerships deliver real impact for both the business and Single Homeless Project.
You’ll quickly build a strong understanding of our services, values and priorities, using this insight to develop creative ways for businesses to get involved, from fundraising and campaigns to volunteering and events. You’ll track activity and performance through our CRM, using data and insight to strengthen relationships and retention. While your focus is corporate partnerships, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support a joined-up, ambitious approach to income generation. About the role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic supervisor or team leader to take up a full-time role within our organisation as a Operations Supervisor to be part of our small and dedicated team. The role will be based in Southwark as well as potential for wider London working as you will be part several innovative housing projects in London supporting vulnerable households to sustain their tenancies. As well as a team line manager, you will be maintaining and developing partnership with the Council’s housing officers, solicitors, landlords, community services, social prescribers, and mental health support workers to ensure tailored support can be offered for each client. The objectives of these programmes are to avoid evictions, sustain tenancies, increase employment opportunities, improve wellbeing, and increase educational outcomes. You will be working in partnership with other stakeholders such as schools and local authorities to improve family health, build relationships and engage families and individuals and their networks of support.
About you
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management and project leadership, knowledge of housing polices, and with proven experience working with individuals who have complex needs.
You will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships, supporting data collection for reports and monitoring, and contributing to quality assurance processes. In addition, you will hold a small caseload, providing direct, holistic support to individuals as part of your role.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised. You should be confident working independently, with a genuine passion for driving positive change. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to provide holistic support and think creatively to find solutions.

As a Welfare Services Navigator, you will be on the front line of the organisation, providing essential support to beneficiaries through our helpline, email, and web chat services. You will advise members of the RAF family on the financial assistance and support services available through the RAF Benevolent Fund, guiding them on how to access these resources when needed.
The successful candidate will be proactive, with experience of working with people in a supportive capacity. They must be able to engage sensitively and professionally with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. A solid level of administrative experience is essential, ideally gained within a welfare or support-focused environment, along with confidence in using CRM IT systems.

This integral role will provide high-quality administrative, compliance and organisational support across the charity. We are recruiting a part time Transport Lead to join our new initiative: Live Longer Better in an Age Friendly Hertfordshire where your skills can make a meaningful impact within local communities. This post is for 21 hours per week and will be hosted by North Herts and Stevenage CVS.
This pivotal role within the programme team supports the effective delivery of our work within local places so that more people across the county can enjoy their later life.
Working under the programme Lead and working closely with the programme team you will take responsibility in ensuring that the local delivery plans are implemented, working with the wider stakeholders in the local community.
You will work on key actions, such as working with transport providers on support of bus shelter upgrades, leading on the chatty bus campaign, supporting the implementation of age friendly training for bus drivers and improving access to transport information, as well as other forms of transport including community transport schemes. In addition, you will play a key role with the programme communications and working with local communities, including overseeing and maintaining our approach to keeping contact with members, responding to enquiries and requests, coordinating events and email communications.
You will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of the local action plan, working independently while maintaining strong communication with the programme team and working with the locality leads on issues raised via local information gathering which highlights a broader, county wide related issue. You will support ongoing review and development of processes as the programme evolves, ensuring our approach remains effective and responsive.

Responsibilities
- Implement the action plan for transport, ensure it remains on track and is delivered within agreed times.

- Set up Network meetings and record minutes.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with agreed policies and procedures e.g. equalities and diversity, health and safety, confidentiality, data protection etc.
- Support regular network communications, including the monthly newsletter and member bulletins.

Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing supporters through personalised engagement strategies informed by the Head of Development
