LONDON BASED VOLUNTEER ROLE

We Are REMIX!

A brand new start-up youth charity thats currently being created to develop young people. At REMIX, we are passionate about making a transformative, positive impact on the lives of young people in London and beyond. Our mission is to empower, inspire, and uplift the next generation by providing them with the tools and skills to become responsible, resilient, motivated, entrepreneurial, critical thinkers, and self-reliant individuals.

WE NEED YOU!

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated volunteer who has experience in setting up and managing programmes within our core service areas (Employability, Life Skills, Personal Development, Mentoring and Healthy Living) and who can commit to a few hours per week to help us change young people's lives. 

Programme Manager Duties:

  • Designing Programmes: Develop and design comprehensive programmes that align with the charity’s goals and objectives.
  • Setting Objectives: Establish clear, measurable goals and outcomes for each programme.
  • Identifying Resources: Secure necessary resources, including funding, partnerships, and volunteers, to implement the programmes effectively.
  • Programme Implementation: Oversee the day-to-day operations of each programme, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the progress and impact of the programmes, using data and feedback to make necessary adjustments.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers who will deliver the programmes
  • Professional Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff and volunteers
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community organizations.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, demonstrating the impact and success of the programmes.
  • Implementing Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest best practices in youth development and incorporate them into the programmes.
