THE ROLE: MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you will take the lead in creating and delivering impactful messaging that amplifies SUNSHINE's mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Brand Leadership: Shape and enhance SUNSHINE’s brand identity, ensuring it captures our vibrant, compassionate spirit.

  • Content Creation: Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including newsletters, blogs, press releases, and social media, that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Campaign Management: Design and implement marketing campaigns to build awareness, inspire action, and attract donors, volunteers, and supporters.

  • Digital Presence: Oversee SUNSHINE’s website and social media channels, ensuring they are dynamic and aligned with our organisational goals.

  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to amplify SUNSHINE’s reach.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine marketing strategies that drive growth and impact.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Analyse the performance of marketing and communication efforts to continuously optimise our impact.
