We are a charity that has provided support to young people and families to improve their life chances in the South East for over 25 years. Our development and direction has been underpinned by the huge commitment of our staff and volunteers, including Trustees. We are looking to expand our Board of Trustees and it is an exciting time to join us. We are currently shaping and embedding our new organisational strategy to enhance the impact to the young people and families that we support.
We are looking to recruit both Trustees and a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. We are actively encouraging applications from people who are from a minoritized ethnicity, disabled, LGBTQ+ and/or have varying levels of educational attainment. We particularly welcome applications from younger adults aged 18 to 30 or from those with lived experience. We are interested in hearing from candidates with a background knowledge of:
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
- Business
- Safeguarding
- Youthwork
- Fundraising
- Human Resources
- Finance
