Job description

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships to support our fundraising efforts. Working closely with the senior management team, this position provides plenty of variety to support and develop skills across several income streams.

Your key tasks will be:

Manage the regular giving programme by implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships

Develop and implement a plan to encourage increased giving and recruit new regular donors with personalised cultivation and stewardship

Maximise engagement and retention of individual supporters by prompt thanking, excellent stewardship and building effective donor journeys

Provide coordination, structure and accountability to our fundraising activities.

Manage and build relationships

If you have excellent communication skills along with knowledge of ethical fundraising, grant applications and gift aid you could work for this wonderful charity that provides care and refuge to cats and kittens.
