Role: Data Operations Manager (Technology/IT)
Location: London-based with flexible remote working
Contract: Full-time, permanent (35 hours/week)
Salary: £35,825, rising to £40,304 after 12 months excellent benefits

A well-known UK charity is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join their Product and Systems Management team. This role plays a key part in managing and maintaining the charity’s central CRM (Dynamics 365), ensuring data flows and income processing (e.g. Gift Aid, Direct Debits) are accurate and efficient.
You'll support the rollout of a new data infrastructure, manage large data imports/exports, uphold data quality and standards, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

- Strong SQL (SSIS, SSRS) and Dynamics CRM 365 experience
- Data management and cleansing
- Familiarity with KingswaySoft
- Understanding of deduplication techniques
