Marketing Director

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to volunteer with Catalyst in shaping and embedding our strategic marketing approach. This role will lead the development of a clear, actionable marketing strategy; introduce planning, reporting, and content systems; and support key campaigns targeting, underrepresented communities, and funders. You' will coach and mentor our Marketing Manager, helping to build and shift the culture towards proactive, insight-driven marketing. Experience in the charity sector, audience segmentation, and digital channels is essential. A background in CSR and community mental health is desirable. This short-term placement will deliver lasting impact through sustainable tools, confident teams, and clear messaging.
