About the Role
Are you a leader who is passionate about coordinating high quality event first aid in their local communities? Do you have strong organisation and asset management skills?
This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate the fundamental resources to empower Cheshire’s local volunteers to go out and deliver patient-centred first aid with the equipment they need.
Key Impact and Responsibilities
- Empowering Local Networks: Responsible for empowering and supporting local Networks to deliver community and small-sized events within their local area and the wider county.
- Co-ordinating Local Resources: Regularly input into the Network Community Services Lead, First Aid Service Delivery Event Lead, and Operational Support Leads to ensure local co-ordination of resources, assets, and delivery for community and small events.
- Delivering Medium and Large Events: Collaborate with Communities of Practice and Clinical Operations to deliver medium and large events within the county, acting as the local coordinator and leveraging relevant experience and skills.
- Ensuring Operational Compliance: Lead on implementing and ensuring compliance with agreed National Operations standards, policies, and guidelines within the county, while contributing to their development nationally with peers.

You will be part of a county team, likely made up of officers for event management, planning and resourcing etc.
