Passionate about empowering young people to thrive ?

Want to work at the vibrant Pioneer Club which has a rich history of music,skateboarding and community activities ?

We are looking for a programme lead to coordinate and deliver meaningful youth activities to families facing emotionally based school refusal, our Young Pioneers youth group, Dungeons and Dragons club ,creative sessions and school holiday camps for young people from less advantaged backgrounds.

You'll need experience working with young people in schools,youth services or community settings, a good understanding of SEND and inclusive practice, strong organisational and communication skills and need to be motivated , reliable and passionate about empowering young people.
