JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage Supervisor
REPORTING TO: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
HOURS: 40 per week on a shift basis
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Waverley Abbey House. > 3 +years’ experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue
> Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
> Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
> Sense of urgency
> Yes, yes, yes mentality
> Ability to multitask under pressure and show initiative
> Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
> Customer -orientated and service-minded as well as flexible and
proactive
> Varying shift times across the seven days to include working
evenings, weekends and both opening and closing shifts.
Key Tasks…
> Report and be accountable to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager
> Lead and manage the Food and Bev team when the Food and Bev Operations Manager is not present
> Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service
> Provide line management to members of the team
