We are delighted to be supporting a London-based university in their search for a temporary Programmes Officer to join their team. This is a part-time (17.5 hrs/2.5 days per week) role based onsite in Central London and running until the end of October.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting students and academic staff in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing front-line support to students and staff, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Supporting the full student lifecycle, from enrolment to completion, using student records systems and virtual learning environments.
- Ensuring accurate data management and contributing to quality assurance and programme evaluation processes.
- Assisting with committee servicing and supporting accreditation requirements.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and deliver a high-quality service.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and student records systems (e.g. SITS).
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
