We’re looking for a Volunteer in the role of Operations Manager to join our exciting new youth charity and work closely with our Founder to help steer REMIX through its early growth. You’ll be the backbone of our operations, helping us build a strong foundation for impact, sustainability, and scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the Founder to manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

• Help coordinate volunteers, partnerships, and programme logistics.

• Support with fundraising, budgeting, and reporting.

• Develop systems and processes that keep REMIX running smoothly.

• Be a key voice in shaping the charity’s direction and growth.

• Experience in operations, project management, or charity administration.
