Join Our New Volunteer Workforce: Bring Your Training Skills to Life-Saving Community Education
At St John Ambulance, we are expanding our training team to deliver Community Education Programme and we are looking for professionals from the public and emergency services to help us make a real difference.
Whether you are – or were, and now retired - a paramedic, firefighter, police officer, nurse, or work in any frontline or public-facing role, your experience is invaluable. This is your opportunity to give back to your community, share your knowledge, and empower others with life-saving skills, all through flexible and accessible volunteering that fits around your schedule.
Why volunteer with us?
Flexible commitment: we understand shift work and busy lives. Our roles are designed to work around your availability.
Use your expertise: deliver vital first aid and health education to local communities.
Make a tangible impact: help build safer, more resilient communities through education.
Full training & support: we’ll provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing support to help you thrive in your role.
Be part of a team: join a welcoming, values-driven organisation where your contribution is truly valued.
As a Community Education Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical training sessions for schools and communities.
