Head of People and Culture

The Head of People and Culture is a new role at this foundation and is key to their strategic growth. Prospectus is proud to be supporting with this position. The foundation manages assets and investments to generate income that enables the foundation to care for the Letchworth Garden City estate and support local community with the provision of green spaces and a range of cultural, heritage, learning and leisure facilities.

Your focus will be to develop and grow meaningful people related infrastructure, supporting teams and managers to develop their people related skill set. You will be a well rounded HR generalist, with a specialism in growing organisations and teams. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation on a daily basis. This role is a great mixture of strategy and hands on operations. This is a part time role, based in Letchworth 2 days per week, and joining a pragmatic and enthusiastic team. 

The ideal applicant for this role is going to be someone who can enjoy multiple hats and with experience within the charity sector and comfortable to wear multiple hats! The foundation is a fabulous mix of commercial properties, through to supporting arts and culture. This role will provide huge variety, and as such will also require flexibility and agility in style.
