Job description

Are you passionate about supporting others and making a real difference?
Join our team of volunteers providing confidential emotional support to people affected by self-harm across the UK.

As a volunteer, you’ll:

- Make a meaningful impact by helping others feel heard, understood, and less alone
- Develop valuable skills in active listening, trauma, and mental health
- Receive specialist training, ongoing supervision, and group support
- Connect with a caring community of like-minded people

Our volunteers provide support via text, email, and helpline calls.

Our next training dates for this role are on Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th, Thursday 27th November, and Monday 1st December 2025, 10am-4pm each day.

You don’t need previous experience — just empathy, openness, and commitment to learning. Training and DBS checks are provided.
