Job description

SEND Empowerment is a small charity supporting families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We’re looking for an organised, computer-confident Admin Volunteer to help us manage enquiries, process referrals and consent forms, and keep our records up to date.

This remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work that makes a real difference. You’ll handle emails, update databases, prepare basic documents, and support our advocacy team with administrative tasks.

No prior SEND experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided. You’ll gain valuable experience in administration, safeguarding, and data handling while helping families access vital education support.
