We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences and are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. We are actively working to ensure that intersecting identities are recognised, valued and represented across both the Trustee Board and the wider organisation. This includes, but is not limited to, people of colour, young people, LGBTQ+, and those with lived experience of socio-economic inequality.
