Looking to make a real difference? We’ve got three exciting leadership opportunities at the Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) International Institute.
Who we are:
RJ4All is a leading NGO operating across 10+ countries, focused on preventing power abuse through restorative justice practices at individual, community, and inter-state levels. We work locally, nationally, and internationally to build more effective social justice systems through the redistribution of power and values of restorative justice.
The RJ4All Headquarters are in London at the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre and we have a sister organisation based in Cyprus, “RJ4All Europe”.
Our mission centres on addressing power abuse, conflict, and poverty through the application of restorative justice values and practices. We advance equality, community cohesion, and human rights through multiple interconnected approaches. Our work encompasses delivering social justice and poverty relief projects, alongside educational programmes and youth clubs+ that foster understanding and growth. We facilitate intercultural dialogue initiatives and awareness-raising workshops while providing high-quality internships and volunteering opportunities that empower individuals to create positive change.
We’re recruiting for:
1️⃣ Non-Executive Director
Join our Board and help shape RJ4All’s future. You’ll meet quarterly, share ideas and guide our strategic direction. Experience in finance or charitable accounting is a plus.
2️⃣ Treasurer (Non-Executive Director)
We’re looking for someone confident with numbers to chair our Finance & HR Committee, oversee budgets and support our financial health.
3️⃣ Steering Group Member
Get involved at a community level and help us shape the world’s first Restorative Justice Postcode Programme in SE16 London.
