The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Research and Project Coordinator to join our small, friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver research-based projects that will have a real impact on badger conservation.
This position is based in Brighton, though we will consider hybrid working on request.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and daily management of research-driven projects

Collect, analyse and manage data to inform project outcomes

Collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver impactful results

Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support research and project work
About You
You have strong research and data management skills and some experience in project development and scoping (ideally within the conservation, environmental or charity sectors). Experience in securing project funding is an advantage. You are self-motivated, organised and keen to make a difference.
